A Business Ramble

Posted 2 years ago by Bear

Back to the meeting today, after I gave my pitch the people in the room were asking me questions. One questions stood out to me as a great question. It was by the main boss. He asked, since you guys like to take projects that interest you- what interests you about this project? I loved that questions for several reasons.

  1. It showed he was listening to me when I was talking at him (A rare quality these days)
  2. He was legitimately interested in what about his company and his business interests me and my company.

That showed me he cares about his company and gets what I was talking about. It put a smile on my face.

That's pretty cool. (Did he like your answer?)

"Did he like your answer?"

I believe so. It was a pretty damn good answer if I do say so myself and it was 100% true. I think my answer might be a blog post all to itself... coming soon.
