Hell hath no fury like a dork scorned. Fortune explains the fight between Engadget and Gizmodo. Basically the founder of Engadget worked for Gizmodo and wanted an ownership stake in the company. Denton said no and the fight began.

Fortune also explains that these sites are valued at $30 to $50 million. Not bad.
