Fatherly Advice

I'm in California for a wedding and just finished a nice mid-day walk to see the town. During this walk I passed a park where a father was teaching his son to ride a bike. The kid, probably 5 or 6 years old, was struggling a bit to stay up without training wheels. The advice the father gave his kid seemed, to me at least, to be bad. “Peddle like you got a pair of balls,” he directed.
