A nice, brief story on the history and future of Firefox. Before they do anything else, fix the memory leaks.
That is perhaps the most urgent point in Firefox today. Its the most imposing problem that users today face, and needs to be addressed with as much haste as possible.
The memory leaks seem to be somewhat fixed in 3.0.
At least that's how it appeared the few times I used it. The only reason I don't use 3.0 more often is because many of my favorite extensions aren't yet compatible.
