You're right. But I'd imagine there's more than a lose correlation between urban population and land development. Still, it'd be nice to see the land-use graph too.

By the way it's worded, that charts are just saying that the population is becoming more centered around rural urban areas. No surprise there. People go where the jobs are. But, the blurb beside the graphs isn't supported by the graph itself. The amount of undeveloped land isn't shown in the graphs, but rather the location of the trends in where the population is located.
