Jack White has built a strange and interesting little empire for himself in Nashville. In a few years it will no doubt go head-to-head with Dollywood for second place in Southern rock star wonderlands. Both behind Graceland of course.
The whole profile is an interesting and oddly inspiring read, but the profile I'd really like to read is on Meg White. It seems like she was part of a meteoric rock duo for many years without any desire to ever be part of that world. Why she stayed around as long as she did seems to be an interesting question.
