Evan said the re-design looks "spammy" and I think that is a good description. Maybe another way to put it is it feels too much like Myrtle Beach and not enough like Charleston (or Greenville for that fact). No matter, I do wish a local firm at least was the one doing the design. There are a couple of firms that could have done a better job of understanding what makes South Carolina great.
They totally reused The Cliffs Communities design. I noticed in about two seconds from the "snake" flash transition. Boooo
