Holding strong philosophies on what constitutes great work, we seek people who share our passion and vision. No one is more critical on Michael's design work than Michael. No one takes more pride in the code he crafts than Jim. That's why we asked them to join our team. They get it. They care and take pride in what they do. As the business grows, this continues to be one of our main charges -- to surround ourselves with people who do world-class work.
Our Philosophy
We started OrangeCoat in 2004 with the simple goal of trying to do quality work everytime. We don't do much outside advertising and we rarely make unsolicited sales calls. We let our work speak.
This philosophy has killed our profit margins a time or two and has kept us awake for more hours than we would like, but we are proud of the results and how our company has grown.
