Plan A: Get a liquor license, add more seating, make the front look more like the back, and turn it into a bar/lounge after hours. (Keep the tea and sandwiches on the menu though.)

Plan B: Hire the branding consultants I just blogged about. They seem to have things down to a science. or an art. Whatever.

I highly recommend the Freshly Fallen Snowcream with pearls and Stoli Vanil. I also think the occasional "Hookah night" would work well for them.
