If you want to see a movie that gets just about everything wrong when it comes to space science, rent "Event Horizon". It's even a horrible film, to boot.
The closest I've ever seen to reality about space exposure was a recent episode of the new Battlestar Galactica. (I haven't seen "Sunshine" yet, but I'm very keen to. I really need to find a theater that's showing it nearby.)
