"Shiny app syndrome" and Gov 2.0. Why governments need to start with mobile sites, not native apps. This really goes for everyone. I hate it when a client or potential client comes in asking for an iPhone app when all they really want or need is a website that works well in the mobile environment. Apps are almost always too much French pastry and not enough Krispy Kreme.
