I really enjoyed watching that presentation on TED the other day. I was totally fascinated that a solution to a lot of ills could literally be right under our feet. It's definitely something I want to keep an eye on.

I fully intend on foraging for mushrooms this year. The trouble was that last year's drought severely limited the likelihood of discovering mushroom patches. Hopefully this summer will be more fruitful. Once you find a few good locations, you can come back year after year when the conditions are right.
