So, I have a Google Alert set for "bacon" and today six of the stories in the alert were about the Wake 'N Bacon. This man's got a tiger by the tail. It sure beats the hell out of the jump to conclusions mat.

I'm not sure why this is popping up again. It seems like I heard about this at least a year ago because I'm pretty sure I was still in school. The NYT article supports my memory because it's dated 11/6/2005.

I mostly like the idea, but the thought of leaving a piece of bacon lying around unrefrigerated overnight kinda turns me off.
