Why would you ever WANT to be a tax accountant?

If I was an accountant I would wake up every morning filled with rage, contempt and frustration for the tax system that we've built for ouselves. I would feel rage that such a complex and vile system has been forced on me. I would feel contempt for the legislators who perpetuate this system. And I would be frustrated because I am powerless to change it. Thankfully, I only deal with this once a year.

I think that tax accountants love the system.

Otherwise, why the hell would anyone pay them?
