Beer distribution is a hot topic in this state because the current system erects unnecessary obstacles for local craft brewers and brew pubs. Today I stumbled across an explanation of how the 3-tiered beer distribution system was conceived and subsequently evolved into a corrupt stifler of fermentation innovation.
