In the future, I demand insider trading information on such things,

California-based Synnex said it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of New Age Electronics Inc., which it said enhances the consumer electronics division it has built in Greenville.

The world is a cruel, savage place, my friend.

yep, cruel and savage, sometimes your coffe is cold in the morning and the next day you scald your tongue.

I can give you insider information on the Greenville Library County System. here is the big secret . . . your tax dollars pay to keep us open.

Correction: My wife's habitual late fees help pay to keep you open.

I made the radical suggestion at a meeting a week or so ago of clearing late fees if the patron still returned the book within two weeks after the initial due date. I think it was so radical that several of my coworkers went home and cried themselves to sleep. It was actually pretty funny because when I suggested it everybody just looked at me like I speaking in another language or something. My response was to just shrug and say we should have free parking too.

Hippie.

Obviously, a late fee that is more than the value of the book is ridiculous.

The library should start a random book club. Pay $5 a month, and the library sends you a random book.

This works better with e-books, obviously.
