Beeps randomly while plugged in. Must be turned off when not in use because of incessant beeping. Otherwise, it works perfectly. Oh, and the clock must be set before cooking. And since it’s unplugged most of the time, the clock must be set every time you use it.

We found this during a geocaching expedition in the middle of the woods. Not sure why someone would hide a perfectly good book in the wilderness. The story is cheesy and some of the characters include Thorn, Sugerman, and Butler Jack. It might have a hidden message somewhere.

These slightly-used earphones have been cranking out stereo audio for just over a decade -- they are so awesome that the foam around the ear pieces has been blasted off. Without the foam padding, the sharp plastic edges cut into your ear lobes after a few minutes.
